  1. Many complex changes have occurred in our life style, nutrition as well an environment in recent decades.
  2. Modern agriculture and animal husbandry bears no semblence to the ancient jungle life or then medieval ountry life.
  3. Rapid urbanization with rural to urban migration to larger and larger cities with fast paced life places heavy emphasis on on not only industrialization and frequent eating out but also use of fast food and processed food.
  4. Our current nutritional intake bears to semblance to the past.
